Content & Campaigns Lead

About the role

We're building the data infrastructure and agent orchestration layer for AI-native B2B marketing teams. Tools like ChatGPT and Claude generate text, but they don't know your customers, your past work, or what your teammate tried yesterday – so every prompt starts from scratch and everyone gets different answers.

Amdahl's ML-based data pipeline unifies a business's data across their go-to-market technology stack (call notetakers, support tickets, CRM), where our agent orchestration layer runs workflows to produce high-performing campaigns. Amdahl gives scaled go-to-market teams a shared, durable source of truth that turns raw data into insights, messaging, and content. We're backed by a16z speedrun and Precursor Ventures.

We're investing meaningfully in how the company is known, and we're hiring someone to help build that out. You'll work directly with our CEO, learning from her expertise across brand, content, and go-to-market while executing on a shared team vision for how Amdahl shows up in the world.

This is a builder's role and part chief-of-staff role. You'll write, ship, measure, and iterate. You'll sit in the room when product, sales, and marketing decisions get made. You'll have the rope to run with what you learn and grow into ownership of full campaign tracks over time.

What you will do

Produce Content: Technical Education, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing

  • Long-form posts, case studies, reports, landing pages, and the other artifacts that shape how a category understands a company
  • Turn customer outcomes into published stories within days, not months
  • Create long-form and short-form video content
  • Evangelize the technology with technical explainers
  • Own the editorial calendar and keep production on schedule

Run Campaigns End-to-End

  • Plan and execute across paid, organic, partnership, and event channels
  • You own the work from kickoff to retrospective
  • Build the connective tissue between sales, product, and marketing

Live in the Product

  • Use Amdahl daily as part of your own workflow across campaigns, research, content production
  • Be one of the closest feedback loops the product team has: what's working, what's missing, what could be sharper
  • Help shape the roadmap from the user side, not just the marketer side

Operate the Marketing Function

  • Build the systems and templates that let the team move faster as we scale
  • Take operational work off the CEO's plate

What we are looking for

Writer and builder

  • Strong writing ability, demonstrated through work you've shipped—a publication, a brand, a campaign program, a newsletter that grew
  • Understand viral marketing
  • Evidence of building something where the results were measurable
  • High standard of craft and quality

Deep user of AI tools

  • You are able to understand technical architecture and translate them to explainers
  • You use modern AI tools daily as a real part of your workflow, not as a novelty
  • You have a feel for where they help and where they get in the way
  • You're curious about the product you'd be marketing

Bonus points

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Comfortable on camera and in front of an audience

Mindset

  • High agency: you figure out what needs to be done and do it
  • Extremely organized; things you own do not slip
  • Hungry to learn, comfortable doing the unglamorous work that earns a seat at the table
  • Slope over intercept—earlier-career candidates with the right slope are welcome

Bonus

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing, enterprise buyers, or data/analytics products
